Control Systems 5 PLC

-PLC central control system it directs the other control systems to guarantee the whole production work in phase

-PLC control system 1, it controls the working conditions of aggregate batching plant, aggregate belt conveyer, cement screw conveyer, concrete mixer, concrete humidity tester, cement scale, and air compressor.

-PLC control system 2, it controls the working conditions of concrete belt conveyor, concrete storage hopper, hydraulic station, block making machine, block conveyer, pallet feeder, and elevator

-PLC control system 3, it controls the working conditions of kiln cart, hydraulic station, inductive units, the curing rooms, so that the block curing stage runs automatically and normally

-PLC control system 4, it controls the working conditions of lowerator, block conveyer, block pusher, block cuber, the two hydraulic stations, crawler belt conveyer, pallet returning device I, pallet pusher, returning device II.

Total Power and Land Space about 175kw and 5000 square metres totally.

Comparing with other production lines, with electrical control adopted, the whole production line can run automatic and efficiently, thus guarantee the high productivity of the plant. At the same time, the production line adopts steam curing kiln, so, once being set up it can operate day after night, and conduct two-shift(16 hours) production every working day all year round without affection of weather, thus the productivity of the line is more than doubled.

Besides the machinery bought from our company, customer needs to prepare one overloader(loading capacity capacity: About 1.5 m3), one cement silo(loading capacity: About 80 tons), one forklift(loading capacity: About 3 tons), block intensity tester(TYE 3000), steam boiler(2 tons), block trays(800 PCS with loading capacity: 3 tons) by himself, then he can produce blocks. The installation, commission and personnel training needs about 9 weeks.

All PLC controlling equipments(except for the curing room, built by customer, our company will provide blue print and guidance), and the iron rail, the pedistrian bridge, and the control room will be provided by our company.
